F1 = Search
GST Return Status, Search Audit/Non Audit, Search Audit Status, Advocate Name
F2 = Enter Hidden ID No.
for Office Use
F3 = Create a New Company
F4 = Set Database Path
F5 = Back up data Manually
in to Pendrive, HDD or cloud etc.,
F6 = Restore Backup data
data gets restored from old backup .bkp files into software anytime
F7 = Company details
about GST Return, Audit of the Firm Etc.,
generally it happens every 31st of March.
F9 = Sorting Order of Lsit of companies
Order by : Year, Company Name, Folder
F10 = Open the data folder
The Selected company data stored at which data folder can be check from this shortcut
F12 = Open selected Company database.
This shortcut function will open the selected company Database into MS Access (if installed into your PC) & will immediately ask for password to open the same.
